Q: What form of payment do you accept?
We take cash, check, Visa, and Master Card.
Q: What type of cars do you service?
We service Domestic and Imports from Ford, GM, Chrysler, Honda, Toyota, VW, Nissan, Audi, and BMW.
Q: Do I need an appointment?
It is preferred but we understand emergency situations can't wait.
Q: Do you offer loaner cars?
Yes we have a loaner car available by appointment. You just pay for the gas.

Q: My "Service Engine Soon" light is on. What should I do?
A check engine light is no reason to panic. It simply means that your car's computer has identified something that is not working up to the proper standards. Generally, a check engine light is not a very serious issue. It is a good idea at least to get it diagnosed so that you know what is wrong and then you can go from there.
Q: Is it true that a loose gas cap can turn on my check engine light?
Yes this is true and is actually a very common occurrence. When your gas cap is left off or not tightened properly, gas fumes escape which causes the computer to detect an emissions leak. On some vehicles the gas cap can be installed correctly and the light will reset itself. On others, a technician will have to reset the system for it to turn off.
Q: Are there any benefits of synthetic motor oil over conventional motor oil?
If you change your oil regularly and your vehicle is designed for conventional oil, you will gain little benefit from using synthetic oil. However, if you want to extend your oil change intervals to 5000 miles or you are doing heavy plowing or towing, synthetic oil is optimal. This is because synthetic oil breaks down much slower than conventional oil and is much more tolerant of heat.
Q: What is the purpose of ABS braking?
ABS is an acronym for antilock braking system. An ABS system is designed to prevent loss of control during severe braking and maneuvering conditions. Without ABS, the ability to steer is lost when the wheels lock up. ABS pulsates the brakes so that the wheels can continue to grip the pavement. If the ABS warning light is on, it means that the computer has disabled the system because it has found some problem in the system. Although the ABS system has been disabled, the regular braking system will continue to function.
Q: What should i do if a dashboard light comes on?
It all depends on the color of the light. If the color of the light is red it means you need service immediately. If the light is associated with oil pressure or engine temperature, pull over quickly as these things can quickly ruin an engine. If the light is an alternator or battery light, the best option is to drive to your nearest technician because your car may not start again after it is shut off.
An amber light, such as the check engine let, means that you need to seek service, but it can be done at your earliest convenience. So unless your engine is making noise or misfiring severely, you can wait.
